Gerda WD (flush steel doors) and WDT (pressed steel doors – see section “Mouldings”) are anti-burglary doors classified in grade 2 according to ENV 1627 standard. WD and WDT doors may be used as the entry doors for flats, apartments and other interior properties.
Main features of Gerda WD and WDT doors which give you security in the property are:
- Door core made of 2 steel sheets 0.8 mm thick.
- Internal bars made of high quality tempered steel, with special fixing system which allows the bar rotation while attempt to cut is being taken.
- Two certified locks, grade 7 according to EN 12209 standard which secures your doors against unauthorized entry.

- Total 6 locking points and 3 hinge side bolts engaged into steel, robust frame made of 1,5mm thick steel makes the door very secure.
As your door is important showpiece of your property you can choose either flush door WD in white or wood grain veneers or nice, classic design of moulded WDT doors. We use only high quality PVC veneers to finish our doors. This allows maintenance free operation of the Gerda doors for long years.

Standard door set includes:
- Main lock: certified mortise lock Gerda ZW1000 with latch and 3 hardened, 12mm, steel bolts engaging the lock keep fixed with frame. Lock driven by euro profile cylinder. The lock is a certified against EN 12209 standard - the highest grade 7 of burglary resistance.
- ZW1000 is equipped with Gerda WK M4 euro profile cylinder which, due to innovative design allows over 100.000 genuine key differs and is very secure – approved the highest grade 6 against EN 1303 standard.
- Additional lock Gerda ZW550 above handle set to allow fast locking. Traditionally used during the day. The lock is a certified against EN 12209 the highest grade 7 of burglary resistance.
- Euro profile cylinder Gerda WK E1 with knob applied within additional lock allows fast and convenient locking/unlocking doors.
- Fixed hinge bolts, 3 units, prevent doors being forced off the hinge.
- Hinges, 3 units robust to keep the door tight, with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE known as Teflon®) washers to operate smooth and quiet, 3D adjustable.
- Set of door handles and furniture available in chrome or satin nickel finish
- Door rebated with thermoplastic elastomeric (TPE) seal.
- Wide angle door viewer.
- Symmetric frame FD made of 1,5mm galvanized steel, maintenance free, covered with scratch resistant PVC foil to match door colour,
